5. Foleying the ambient sounds of "The Red Heels"

 

Foleying the sound of The Heels. 

Lastly, I tackled the task of recreating the iconic sound of heels clicking, a crucial element that would feature prominently in three key scenes: the opening shot, the doorway shot, and Cynthia's entrance into the bathroom. To achieve an authentic sound, I enlisted the help of my mom, who kindly assisted me by walking around in heels while I recorded.

To ensure the best possible sound, I carefully selected the perfect pair of heels and guided my mom on how to walk to capture the desired effect. After a few takes, we nailed the sound, and I successfully wrapped up the recording.
