Foleying the sound of the Door

Next, I focused on capturing the sound of the door closing, which would be used in two key scenes: Cynthia's entrance into the apartment and her entrance into the bathroom. To achieve the perfect sound, I my mission to find the noisiest door in my house, seeking the classic creaking sound often associated with horror movies.

After exploring various doors, I finally found the perfect candidate: the door leading to the stairway. Its creaky hinges produced the exact sound I was looking for. I recorded several takes until I was satisfied with the result, and with that, I completed the task.
